Paseo at 4225 Freemont Ave N is a great Caribbean sandwich place. The lineup can get crazy long, so go during non-peak hours.
Melting Pot at 14 Mercer Street is a cool little wine and fondue place, hidden from most of the street traffic.
Tilikum Place Cafe at 407 Cedar Street is awesome for breakfast/brunch.
Wine World & Spirits is the biggest liquor store I've been too. The staff is really knowledgeable and there are a lot of bottles they have that are tough to find elsewhere. The prices are super cheap too.
