There sure was something special about going to the zoo as a kid and walking through that tunnel from the car park on a school field trip. Then coming across the mammoth before continuing through the other half of the tunnel.

We got Zoo passes as soon as my daughter turned 2, and it is awesome. It means you can go right away in the morning, for a couple hours, and not worry about not getting your moneys worth. Kids get a free yearly pass if they are under 3 as long as they are accompanied by an adult, so make sure you renew it before they turn 3 for an extra year.
