That would leave the club with roughly 22.5 million. Add 3 million as the cap increase, but also deduct bonuses reached by guys on their elc's this year. No idea what that comes to, but im pretty sure it will eat most if not all of the increase.
Tkachuk is going to be 8.5 minimum (as high as 9.5) if we are using Matthews as the baseline for a new deal and anything longer than 3 years.
Stone is going to be no less than 8 and likely a bit more and he is very likely going to want a 7 year deal on top of that.
So that would leave say 8 million to sign, Bennett, Rittich, another goalie, Mangiapane, Hathaway or replacement, and Prout or replacement.
Simply isnt happening without a bridge to MT, and that could be playing with fire looking long term.
