So much hand waving in that article, and the tone was that they are being kept down by the car companies. If he had an invention that was better than lipo, they'd be buying it up, not suppressing it. Like Tesla is just sitting there think "oh, hey, this aluminum air battery is way better, we should probably not use it." I suspect it has an Achilles heel not revealed in this full piece.
