Ok, so I've quit smoking again for what feels like the millionth time. I've heard from a couple other people running helped them stay quit so I'm considering trying it. Lungs still clearing a bit but got a clean bill of health from Doctor on recent physical so I'm game to try. Got a decent game plan to work myself into it.
Looking for some advice on shoes. Right now I only have a pair of sketchers which I've been told aren't suitable. I don't want the best but don't want garbage either.
Any suggestions?
