bump. I feel this getting worse and worse ... and the thing is, it doesn't make any sense any more. I can sometimes quote posts that have special characters, like this post from photon above - but sometimes I can't quote posts that don't even have a single one of them in it.
is there any way this could be fixed? I don't have this issue on any other forum/site/etc. and I don't really want to switch to another browser just for CP
