I couldn't catch the Charizard I saw, after using nearly all my balls. 19xx CP, that must be pretty much maxed out for my level. I wish I had more ultraballs to start off with. Regular pokeballs didn't appear to have any chance of catching the thing.
I Just need to catch about 3 more to evolve one all the way from a Charmander, though.
