All players with the same rating are the same rank which was done on last years ratings as well. So this gives a comparison of players against each other year over year.
N/A means they didn't have a rating last year or there's a spelling difference in the ratings packages and I'm not sorting through all the players for spelling.
Let me know if anyone has any problems seeing it or sees any errors.
