I don't buy/sell tickets on CP very often but I will add this: the notion of "face value" is flexible, as evidenced by the Flames raising and lowering the price of tickets based on demand. Something to consider.
I do think this is a reasonable compromise; the reality is that playoff tickets are always in huge demand and that may not always align with "face value":
