I think Meehan is basically in working retirement mode now where he oversees Newport (which he founded in 1981) but doesn't handle many clients anymore (he's 68 years old).
Oster seems to do the heavy lifting for Newport now, with 70 clients. 14 of his clients have cap hits of at least $5 million.

Not disputing you but every story I've ever seen says Meehan is Tkachuk's agent. Oster has never been mentioned in anything I've read. You are right about Oster's portfolio for sure. He's a heavy hitter.
