Yep. Grass is still green, streets and sidewalks are clean and free of gravel. Also if you are in an area with abundant trees, fall can be the most beautiful time of the year with the shades of red, orange, and yellow leaves. Calgary spring is a transition stage where the aftermath of winter leaves mud, brown grass, salt stained streets ripe with potholes, gravel accumulation, dirty sidewalks, etc. It's the ugliest time of year between now and middle of May.
