Yes it's still on the buildings and quite easily accessible. I'm not sure on the price. I said I would split it with the tenants who are potential buyers at this point. It's also probably something you would have to see. But without getting too complicated just come up with a reasonable price and I'm sure it will work for them. I'll ask on Friday too when I'm out there again. I asked them yesterday but they were not sure either. I'll post a picture on Friday if you want too.
