Normally fireplaces in condos are gas. I haven't seen any that provide you with an electric fireplace that would be cheesy. Since gas is covered put it on a thermostat so it automatically turns on and heating problem solved! Condos are so small you don't even have to buy the blower for them but if you are still concerned about distribution add in a blower and you are set
