Not sure if this already been said… but one of the greatest byproducts of his role on the team is that Gaudreau is not getting absolutely pummeled right now… the combo of Tkachuk being on his line and the scariness of Lucic hopping over the boards the very next shift would be terrifying…
Also, I noticed yesterday at the game Lucic’s line was actually matched up for DEFENSIVE ZONE draws against the mcdavid line… eating up those McDavid minutes are huge
