The money Lucic makes sucks and will be difficult for the team to manage but you cannot argue the impact he has had on this team. He has been a great Calgary Flame and I love having him on the ice. He did have a stretch around the trade deadline that his play fell off but I think that was more of an adjustment to linemates and changes to his game. He may not always be pretty out there but he and that 4th line are doing more good than bad and are positive influences on the games.
In short he's a mother####ing beauty out there.
