The $13 tickets are likely going to be all the crappy sightlines placed awkward distances from the pitch. Those had better be the cheapest in the league. The $29 tickets are alright too. That's probably where I'd be looking to buy for single game purchases. The question, is if the email shows season ticket price or gate price.
