Yea, I really don't know the story but one can speculate.
With those condo fees it seems it is going to be an incredibly tough sale. It is priced great for a first time home buyer but then factor in the condo fees and you could buy a place for $100,000 more with $350 a month condo fees and still have the same monthly payments.
