Got a ticket at an Impark lot in late August, as it was a windy morning and I didn't notice that the wind blew the ticket receipt off my dash when I opened my door to get out. I wrote them a letter a couple days later, as they suggest on the back of the parking notice, and explained what happened and included a copy of the parking notice and my original ticket receipt. Decided to check today and saw that the notice was still "active", so I called them. Well, I should have called them to start with as all it took was about 5 minutes of my time and the parking notice was cleared. This really makes me happy as I was ready for a battle!
