FYI the Cavendish fries in Alberta are Alberta potatoes and processed in Lethbridge so they are technically kind of different from the ones grown in PEI soil.

But my go to is the Cavendish shoe-string. They are ready in 10 minutes in my Microwave + Infrared oven which is even faster than my air fryer.
