Holy over-reaction. Bennett-Backlund-Lindholm would be an awesome line.
People get too hung up over slotting. Crosby plays with filler on his line every year. Doesn’t mean they’re the best wingers on the team or that the Crosby line is somehow not #1. Sometimes successful teams balance their lineup.
