Its going to be interesting to see how the d group shakes out as there are many factors to consider..
- Gio, Brodie, Hamonic, Hanifin and Stone will be in the top 7 no matter what, barring an unlikely trade
- Andersson was given a lower number and all indications are that he will make the team out of camp
- Kulak was waived and the hope was to get a 2-way deal for him. Instead he got awarded a 1-way
- Prout also has a 1-way and is physical, adept at fighting and is highly regarded by the organization
- Prout, Stone and Andersson are all righthanded but are some of the frontrunners to play in the 5-7 spots
