I got my copy from Amazon too, if you are not a Prime member I'd say do not pay for shipping. I ordered Saturday evening and selected free shipping for arrival this Friday. It came Sunday morning, barely 12 hours after I ordered.
Must have been in the warehouse in Balzac I'm guessing.
