Possibly, something I could look at when I've got a whole lot of downtime as that seems like it would take a while to do manually.
One problem is that there's often multiple cities, countries, etc in each thread (ie the recent Spain/Netherlands thread). In which case it'd be tough to alphabetize.
Some of them would be easy to drop the title of the thread and change it to "Destination (topic), something like:
- Montana (driving)
- Korea (flights)
- Europe (backpacking)
However the problem there comes in when there's half a dozen general Europe threads or others that would overlap.
Or were you thinking a tag like system? ie:
[MONTREAL]
Going to Montreal...what should I do?
