For sure. The whole subplot with the former President's daughter is just completely uninteresting. I think the pregnancy with the advisor was going to replace a pregnancy that shows up later in the comic storyline. No sign of the Israelis yet.
The show shines when the main storyline is on the screen -- that just doesn't happen often enough.
