Fox is a one-dimensional player with below average skating who is putting up numbers in college. Being small AND slow is a recipe for disaster for an NHL defenseman - other teams will expose him. His ceiling, IMO, is a #4 D, PP specialist. His floor is never make it as an NHL regular.
Valimaki has everything you want in a defenseman. He has a cannon, pretty elite skating, size, strength, he hits, he's smart and can play in his own zone. His upside is a legit #1, and considering that he showed at 20 that he can take a regular shift in the NHL, his floor is an NHL defenseman.
It's laughable, IMO.
