Well maybe. I said he was relatively unmatched at the A level in terms of his age category and stats. The only guy close is Alex Barré-Boulet, who's already way more of a known quantity in the NHL and doesn't have nearly as many goals.
Phillips has played one NHL game, ABB has gotten 30+. That's a big factor imo.
