For those of you who are getting your boosters and wanting to print off a physical copy of the new QR code, the new federal QR codes are stupidly sized and arranged, just like the provincial QR code was. If you top-to-bottom fold the card exactly in half, the fold crease will intersect the bottom of the QR code and you won't be able to scan it that way.

Solution: Print the PDF at 43% of full size and fold it slightly off center to get the QR code above the fold crease. The width will be the same as a standard credit card, including a small allowance for lamination / Red Green lamination using clear packing tape, even if the height is now off slightly. As always, use the highest quality settings on your printer to make sure the printing isn't fuzzy. I used 'Fine' quality and '600 DPI' resolution on mine.
