Looks like the Amazon Prime US remake of the awesome BBC show Utopia is out now. From the same writer as Gone Girl and Sharp Objects.

The British version is so weird and great, hopefully the US is good as well but I suspect they try to change the quirkiness and overall feel/style quiet a bit as evidenced by their respective trailers:

I'd rather it not try and recreate the original anyways, because what's the point then? May as well have a different take.
