The bad: The writing. Oh lawdy, was it awful. I lost count of how many times a character would flip their position or flip their attitude mid-scene.
Ultra Magnus being a bitch.
Soundblaster being a Soundwave clone and not just Soundwave... cause that's what Soundblaster is, a rebuilt Soundwave.
Soundwave's voice.
Shockwave's voice.

All the Alpha Trion ####. Ultra Magnus has all this Alpha Trion stuff, but can't do #### with it. Bumblebee gets it and suddenly knows everything?
Speaking of Bumblebee. G1 Bumblebee is not cool. He won't be cool. Stop trying to make him cool. Only people that empathize with and like G1 Bumblebee are short people.
Ratchet's an engineer, Red Alert's a medic. Surprised they didn't try and tell us Prowl was formerly a firefighter. Perceptor will turn up and be a construction worker.
The Ugly
The voice acting. It could have been good and I still would have hated it
