Since I couldn’t find a post dedicated to televisions I figured we should have one because I’m sure like me there are others in CP land that could use some help/advice.

I have a Samsung UN60JU6390F essential a 4 year old Samsung 6 series. I’m having brutal issues with black pixelation on it. It happens no matter if it’s off the Telus 4K box or steaming on Netflix or Prime. I have tied different picture/display settings and multiple HDMI cords and it’s still an issue.

Any other possible suggestions that it may be ?

Now, if it’s just the way the TV is the wife has given me the go ahead to buy a new 60”-65” tv with a budget of $1000-$1500. Anyone have any suggestions or experiences with anything that size ? It’s going to be in a room with a huge window directly across from it so something that performs well in a bright room is a must. Any help would be much appreciated.
