I don't think adding the winger would have made any difference under the current coaching team. It remains to be seen how this group would have responded to a new coach. Brad addressed what he could. however tying himself to this coaching hire is perplexing. If he had a proper coach in place and was dealing with the players, I think his job would have been a lot more secure.
