If I understand correctly, we have already declared which UFAS are not going to be signed, and the UFA signings after the draft just formalizes that?
There look to be a good number of very high end UFAS available, and I'm assuming that's why there is a sudden rush to try and trade for cap space.
Can a team backtrack and sign a UFA at this point, or is the jockeying to get one of those 76-77OVR players legit?
