It was supposed to be Cole McKay from Soo Greyhounds.
Tampa is happy to pick up Jordie Benn to cement our D. We have a couple of retirement risks (Engelland, Bouwmeester), so picking up a depth defenseman was our focus.
Picked up a couple of youngsters/prospects as well. Took a flyer on Leipsic at a cheap rate, just in case he finds his way back to the NHL a year down the road.
