Mitchell Mattson has fewer points in the past few seasons than many backup goaltenders.
But Karnaukhov and Rafikov have solid production in the KHL. Karnaukhov is still decently young. Rafikov hasn't shown any sign of wanting to come to North America and has basically lost contact with the team.
