Mangiapane has been a scorer all throughout his career. Why anyone would question putting him in the shootout is beyond me.

In fact, I question why he isn't on the powerplay. He sure as hell can't be any worse than Ryan and Bennett.

Just because Mangiapane is on the "fourth line", doesn't mean he's a skill less plugger. He is an offensive player and should be utilized in offensive situations. He SHOULD be on the second unit powerplay.
