I do it quite frequently. I find that it does several things for me.
- Firstly, I find it to be great for stress reduction and I feel much more relaxed when I come out of the tank. I don't usually listen to anything while in the tank and use my time for meditation while I'm in there, but it's great for that.
- Secondly, my skin feels great. The high salt content seems to just make my skin feel much healthier.
- Thirdly, my muscles tend to be very relaxed, especially reducing any tension I've been carrying in my neck and shoulders.
On the whole, I love floating and would buy my own tank if I was living in a place where that made any sense. I would gladly spend an hour a day in there if I could.
