Which is hilarious because by answering the phone they're now a target as their names are sold to calling lists.
I always find the scam stuff fascinating.
People that get the email. We turned on your webcam and caught you watching porn, send us money or we'll let everyone see the video.
I mean that one has caught so many people when you read about it.
The CRA one for some reason catches people, and they think they're paying their tax bill with gift cards.
We should be looking back in awe that people get caught in these things.
The other one that was huge for a while was your long lost relative in jail scam, that one caught so many old people.
