There are shuttles from London to Toronto airport that would be a mile cheaper if you are going that route. (possibly cheaper options than this, but this is the one I know -

EDIT: I lied. they aren't as cheap as I remembered. The Go Train is trialing a London to Toronto route.. its probably your cheapest bet outside of a bus - but would probably take a while to get there.
