Yeah, this guy probably knows after other examples have popped up. The $5 fee is a give away. He's likely thinking he'll get a few hundred people, put some annoying time into returning money and come out with a few grand.
Then take the free advertising for his home with hundreds of thousands quickly checking out the story and hopefully sell it normally.
