I played a lot yesterday (on PS4), and agree that is pretty great. Awesome map diversity with some cool gimmicks. Though I wish the fog was a little more rare.

The biggest challenge I have in this game (which carries over from the beta) is finding a gun that is good for multiple types of encounters. Obviously the sniper rifles are tops from any distance, the medic rifles cover the middle distance, and the smgs are good for up close. But in any map, there will be times when you don't quite have the right gun for the engagement. In BF4 you could get an assault rifle or carbine that could mow people down up close and up to 100m away. It seems in BF1 that you have to really play the map to your weapon strengths. I think this will factor in heavily with squad based play. The scout hangs back a bit while the other members clear the apartment, tower, etc. then the scout goes up to the window to peg a few guys heads across the square.
