Yeah...I'm not sure how anybody can look at last year's forward group and think "squandered talent". On defense the only squandered talent was Brodie IMO.
The team lacked a lot of talent and scoring ability up front. And it's a big reason that GG is gone IMO they didn't have the talent to actually convert on the chances that were being generated.
