I wonder if it's time to part ways with Poile. He's been a very solid GM over the history of the franchise but there have been some questionable moves the past few seasons that have made them worse. The Hynes hire is a real head scratcher. He's coached almost 400 games and has a winning percentage under .500. That doesn't scream to me a coach that is on the cusp of turning the corner into an elite head coach.
