I propose that for players that had 0 AHL/NHL games in the last NHL season, we drop their DU rating to 45.
I don't really want to get into a minimum games played threshold as that is arbitrary. I'd like to keep it simple. If they didn't play they get 45 DU.

Simple yes/no vote. Yes meaning you agree.
