I do think he should be in the Hall of Fame.
I'm still on the fence about whether 14 should be retired by the Flames.
His comments in 2010, after he was cut from training camp, really soured my opinion of him. I thought he'd made progress, checked his ego a bit and would have been grateful for the opportunity but instead acted like a jerk. Calling out Conroy and saying management was stupid. Though in hindsight he might have been right...
He didn't make any friends with his comments about Gaudreau a few years later either.
I don't doubt 14 will be retired eventually. I just don't know if it'll happen with this executive group.
