Lets see, massive real estate company with a charity front. Tries to attract celebrities to speak about their cause and help them fund raise. Has huge religious like ceremonies and tries to recruit young children to become their zealots? Has a poverty porn division where people will pay tons of money to live in luxury, mingle with the poor for photo ops and pretend to do some meaningful work for a few minutes. A somewhat abusive founder (pair of) that berates their workers/volunteers.

The only thing missing is the Sea Org component.
