I had a fence built for me by a gent named Phil Pattison - Pattison Construction. really good guy to work with, very practical in his approach. He was right in the middle of the quotes I received but his prior work looked better than most. There was issues where he had to break out concrete on an older patio/walkway to install new posts, neighbors brick patio extended into the fence line etc - everything was handled very efficiently. I asked for a complete price breakdown on materials, labor, O/H costs, linear square feet etc - he provided it no issues, this helped me share the cost with the neighbors.
