The Ottawa Senators (@Senators) announced today that the club has acquired forward Morgan Klimchuk from the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for forward Gabriel Gagne. Klimchuk will be assigned to the Senators' American Hockey League affiliate in Belleville.

Gagne was the 36th OA pick in the 2015 draft. Scored 20 goals and 5 assists in the AHL last season, but only 9 points in 33 games this season.
Klimchuk put up 2 goals in 13 games with the Marlies since the Leafs acquired him.
