That's kind of my point. When reading between the lines, the most consistant thing you read about black QBs is that they lack good decision-making skills or can't read coverages (i.e. they're dumb). All black QBs seem to be known as scrambling QBs (with the exception of Leftwich). It's the same thing you hear without actually hearing about white WRs/RBs, that they're "possession receivers" (i.e. they're slow). I think that's what Donovan is trying to say.
