Likely because it's only been in about the last 20 years that Division 1A colleges have been willing to use black QB's. From that even fewer of the main feeder schools are using one. QB, Middle Linebacker, and offensive line are about the only 3 positions in the NFL where you'll see white players anymore. Theres the odd guy at another position, but outside of those three positions the league is pretty much African American athletes.
