The MNF crew tried to spin it to put the blame on the Eagles receivers, but Donovan also missed plenty of passes. In years past, we've seen McNabb get a lot more out of a lot less. Without that longball threat, the Eagles are look lost.
I would also give credit to Washington's secondary. McNabb looked like he was starting to get his rythm back at the end of 3rd quarter, but he still doesn't look 100%. He actually looks like Carson Palmer did that the beginning of last year, which makes sense since they both were coming off the same type of surgery.

The receivers have been brutal so far this year. I thought Reggie Brown made huge strides last year and would have a breakout year this year. So far he's been garbage. Kevin Curtis has been FA bust up to this point. The only bright spot has been Jason Avant.

The defense has looked sharp so far this year, even with the injuries in the secondary. Gaither has done a tremendous job replacing Trotter and Bunkley is starting to look like a 1st round pick.

I'm getting awfully sick of Reid abandoning the running game. Westbrook is a great back and needs to be featured a lot more.
